    I  C-1100 Blade (Creping blade of improved wear resistance based on aluminum)

     

    I  NEWTECH ENERGY'S C-1100 SERIES is

    CREPING blade based on ceramic.

    This products provide safe and less damage on YANKEE cylinder surface and chemical coating characterized by a low coefficient of friction.

    Lower surface damage lengthen YANKEE cylinder replacement life span and also be economical.

    ·  Resistance to blade edge damage.
    ·  Remarkable Line and Streak decrease.
    ·  Excellent blade life span

    1) Optimum coating materials developed for creping are applied.

    2) Blade thickness: 0.9~ 1.2(T: mm)
    3) Product coverage: Available in a variety of widths within the range up to 140mm.
    4) Blade length: unlimited in a variety of lengths.
    5) Creping Angle : 0 ~ 50'​​
