    I  Flame powder spray technology

    is forming coating films by spraying transferred and molten powder-

    formed coating materials in the flame of 150m/sec and temperature

    3,100°C which is generated when oxygen and fuel gas(acetylene,

    hydrogen)are combusting in the specially designed chamber into basic

    materials. Scattering velocity of the particle is 50~60m/sec.

    Due to the low velocity of particles, coating properties lower than the

    plasma coating and high speed thermal spray coating.

    The performance is excellent even though some of low-melting

    ceramic thermal spray operations, such as Aluminum oxide,

    Chrominum oxide, Alumina-Titania composite powder, etc.

    Commonly used as Hard Facing.
