Plasma spray is forming dense coating film to smash powder coating

materials in fully molten state which constantly fed into the spray

equip ment, plasma jet using high temperature(core temperature of

at least about  10,000°C ),high speed (about 350m/sec) plasma jet

into the materials at high speed.
